Customer Service / Admin Assistant
The Candidate - The ideal candidate for this position will have advanced computer knowledge (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook), a minimum typing speed of 55 wpm, working knowledge of design/layout software program(s), as well as exceptional oral and written communication skills. Experience with inventory systems and/or CRM systems would be an asset. A courteous / friendly / professional personality, combined with the ability to multi-task while remaining organized and maintaining focus describes some of your attributes. Your a great negotiator and have a strong customer service orientation. Years of similar related experience will enable you to bring fresh, proven suggestions and ideas to the table as we develop and fine tune our administrative and customer service processes while growing across Canada and into the United States. Finally, your a creative thinker that sees an opportunity in joining a young , dynamic company on the ground floor and have the confidence in your ability to know that you can build a great future in this environment.
Responsibilities - Initial responsibilities will include receiving and assigning calls through a custom software program, providing existing franchisees with ongoing support, initiating follow up calls to confirm customer satisfaction, produce performance/efficiency reports, call generation statistics, forecast inventory requirements, coordinate trade shows, purchasing, receivables follow up, process equipment and supply orders, coordinate freight, schedule major account projects, territory mapping, assist in the design and content of the company newsletter, prepare professional sales presentation kits for prospective franchisees and various other office related duties.
