Protected Territory
Protected Territories are designed to provide a franchisee with an area large enough to ensure a good earning potential and the potential to add more crews . Having a protected territory allows the Franchisee to focus his/her marketing & growth strategies within their territory while benefiting 100% on their efforts. Neighbouring franchisees are a valuable resource when you may need a hand with a larger project or unexpectedly run out of a colour while on a job.
Boot Camp
Curb-Ease® is on the leading edge of the decorative concrete curbing industry. Our training program is the most comprehensive available.
Curb-Ease® Boot Camp is where it all begins. An extensive 5-days hands-on training program will provide you with the knowledge, experience and skill you need to be able to provide your customers with quality workmanship and products. To ensure you are kept up-to-date with the latest technology, tools and equipment Curb-Ease® hosts regular conventions which are designed to focus on business development skills such as sales, marketing, financial management and crew leadership, as well as advanced installation techniques. These conventions are also an excellent opportunity to participate in round table discussions and network with other franchisees.
Support
On a job and need technical support? Our technical support line is available Monday - Saturday during regular business hours. However, in case of an emergency, we will provide you with a direct number to our after hours emergency support line.
Curb-Ease® understands the importance in providing our franchisees with technical support they can count on. When you are on a job site and run into a challenge, the concrete doesn't wait for you. It's good to know that when you are part of the Curb-Ease® Team your support is only a phone call away.

Call Centre
Being part of the Curb-Ease® team includes taking advantage of our International Call Centre. Our call center answers all incoming calls and assigns them to the appropriate franchisee servicing the area. Franchisees are assigned local numbers to ensure a recognized local presence.
When calling businesses today, most consumers get an answering machine. With our call centre Curb-Ease® answers calls live. Our professionally trained staff answers calls relieving franchisees of administrative hassles so they can focus on marketing, estimating and getting the jobs done. At the end of each day the franchisee logs into their database system to retrieve all new opportunities, confirmation of jobs going ahead and any messages.
